Written communication in construction projects is typically done through proposals, contracts, specifications, building plans and environmental impact reports. The purpose of these documents is to provide accurate and clear detail about the project in order to receive approval from all stakeholders. All documents must be signed by all parties involved and they must include all pertinent information about the infrastructure being constructed. All documents must also have an exit strategy outlined in the contract.
